The brought the ribbons back last year for at least one of the weeks - my kids in high school came home with a couple. Brought back memories for sure!

Our Bi-District was against Silsbee! Man I miss the days of local travel for district games.

    TPC

Lion Elastomers right next door deals with Refined Butadiene. BASF, GoodYear (Bmt), Invista, and Lion in Orange also have Refined BD. TPC primarily dealt with Crude BD, I don’t think any other company in the area deals with it. You have to go to Houston or LA to find a Crude BD supplier.

Agreed. He needs to find a local spouse and set down some roots!

    PN-G Indians - 2023 5A-DII State Champions!

You mean Coach Joseph won’t be wearing a gaudy gold Geronimo chain if we don’t win 2 more? Preposterous! :D

    PN-G Indians - 2023 5A-DII State Champions!

Another thing to consider is what these actions by the coach/community are teaching these kids with this grievance/investigation. They should seize this as an opportunity to show the kids that sometimes you fail in life, it’s how you react to that failure that will lead to your success in the...

I was in BB too, it was the loud and proud section!

PN-G is now tied with WOS with the most trips to State and most SC's in SETX all time.

#94 is a Junior, not sure about the others.

    2023 Offense and Defense

Several of those years have inflated numbers as well due to coaches putting backups in when the game was well in hand. Hard to accurately judge the defense primarily based on PPG.

Polish on the windows is still a thing, nice to see when driving to the game knowing your neighbors are all around you. That and the new tradition of Buccee’s takeover after the games!

Brenham Cubs at Port Neches-Groves Indians Friday Nov. 10th 7 PM.

We had 3 picks against Nederland in 1999. Nederland was undefeated at the time and we beat them in the last game of the season to be “Co” District Champs.

Galena Park vs PNG For The Outright District Championship

We need Shea back - hopefully more as a receiver. He’s got the capable hands we need to get our offense back to two-dimensional. Could you imagine how much more our running game would open up if we were able to pass more often? Our offense would be unstoppable.

Ned’s field house has always been terrible. They need to tear it down and build a new one. They even only have one entrance for both teams - so one team has to wait until the other one is out before they exit.

Yes, I don’t think English is their strong suit.:p

    Mid County Madness memories

Also back in ‘95 (I think?) some Ned players attempted to burn “PNG sux” in the middle of our field the week of the game. All they really did was create a patch of dead grass in the middle of the field.

    Mid County Madness memories

Ahh man I couldn’t stand that powder! I remember one year at their field our student section shot a flare that hit close to their stands - not the smartest idea and I’m pretty sure the kid was escorted out by the cops. Definitely won’t forget that one though.

I could not be more proud of our team and our community. The spirit here is unmatched! I am so lucky to be a part of it and to wear the purple and white! The journey of this football season, with these coaches and our players, will stay with me forever.  -- PN-G Head Coach Jeff Joseph
