Anything can happen...a lot of spots to fill, especially on the D line, but our Fresh and JV team is loaded with weapons and I think the 2014 Indians come out firing!! Gotta make room in the case for the first Bum Phillips Bowl Trophy!! Future is bright! 8)

I believe we will take it to the next level next season. The younger kids are some talented players. I expect big things out of the Reservation the next 3 years.

I agree that the talent will be there, I just hope they can keep the TEAM mentality and the "never give up" attitude that got them so far this season. I feel like the 2013 Indians were a special group that overcame a lot after last season, and I can't wait to see what the Indians can do in 2014! :rocks:

Is it August yet?? ???

I agree, lots of positions to fill. Defense and offense. I see the D line in need of filling and the O line. Team needs some major beef up front to get the running game moving better and better pass blocking. I personally was very impressed with Morse, not knocking Walker. Walker was the leading passer in district. Both these boys a very good. I just see Morse with a bit more running ability and being taller, able to see over the O line better for passing and spotting the blitz. JMO. I don't know either player. Running backs, we have 2 very good ones and I think Arvie's little brother is in the pipe line as well. The hard shoes to fill is going to be Rose. Don't know whats in the pipeline for receivers. Things do look very good for next season and many beyond.

For those that made the JV games, tell us about McZeal at WR. I know he is big, but does he attack the ball like Rose and Nelson before him? Does he have speed to be people deep?
Hauck (DL) and Lejune (DB) i know about, but who were some of the Freshman that could make an impact next year?

Don't know a lot about McZeal but he is tall and fast 6'3" or maybe 6'4" in the one game I saw him play the defense could not keep up with him. Im sure that will not be the case at the varsity level. He played QB in the 8th I was told. He also played some in the secondary in the jv the game I saw him play in. I know some parents who went to the JV games all year couldn't stop talking about his talents and high ceiling.
