College and high school ball are a different animal, so it's nearly impossible to predict.
But if he works hard, get's in even better shape, learns the offense, I like his chances to excel. He's got a good arm and good decision making abilities. It also depends on if LU plays him. Lamar is notorious for playing former JC players or transfers from other schools over their locally signed players.
