Central loss

There's been some contoversy surrounding the outcome of the Friendswood/Central playoff game.

Based on this evidence, it's not a fumble and the outcome is valid. His knee is down while still having possession of the ball. Good call by the officials.

by the looks of the photos...the quarterback's knee was down and he still had control of the ball. It appears that the ground caused the fumble...the official got it right (man, its hard to say that the official got the call right...because they never get it right lol!)

And regardless, once the whistle blows, the play is over.......PERIOD! So, when the whistle blew, Central wouldn't have been able to advance the ball anyway, so, no TD. I know, I know, Central would have had the ball, but no guarantee of a score.

Why am I having flashbacks of the Blowzen game?
