I know this is the football thread but PNGs Coach Carter is the first baseball Coach in PNG history to win four district champions. Congrats Coach Carter.

That is surprising. I would have guessed that Jay Stone won four district championships at PN-G. Coach Stone had some good teams. If I recall correctly, Coach Stone led the Indians to two or three state championship games? I know they came up short, but he had some strong teams. Happy for Coach Carter. He seems to be happy coaching at PN-G and he has a knack for bringing home hardware to The Reservation! Let's not forget that he put the most recent state championship in the trophy case. The 2021 PN-G Indian baseball team seems to be hitting their stride at the right time.
