As always no turnovers
3 runs and a punt is ok with me especially early
Don’t abandon the run game
Try not to give up the big play
(Simple right lol)
I’m ok with run run run punt
Run pass run run run punt
For the first two series

I’m also ok with going for it on 4th and short regardless of where it is on the field especially if we find their offense is moving the ball easily

Line of scrimmage is where it starts and ends. Indians have the beef and capable talent on the lines. Now let’s see if they know how to effectively use it for 4 quarters.

Short yardage where Shea was always able to get the necessary line to gain... I'd love to see them give that to #15. He runs really hard.

He has a nose for the “extra” yards and is patient but doesn’t do the “East West dance”
Best quality in a runner specially RB or running QB

They have a counter trap play that hasn’t been stopped in two years that I’ve seen

I want them to at least run it once or twice a game
I call it a “wrap around” almost like if the counter trap and a draw had a baby

A big part of this game will be how the PN-G coaches are able to build up the intensity level and mentally prepare the team for what’s to come.

PN-G players should have no doubt that Marshall is coming into The Reservation, their house, to embarrass and humiliate them and every fan. And Marshall players believe that they can and will do that.

It’s time to get ferocious both mentally and physically. Take no quarter. Hit and hit hard. And get up and do it again.

This PN-G defense is coached to be in position and tackle well.

The risk, as always, is if they are left on the field too much and tire out.
