Good luck to the residents of Port Neches and Groves. I'm ready for Harvey to move away from Houston. It's never good when it rains inside your house. I'm ready to dry out and clean up.

I've never in my lifetime seen so much water and flooding.

Good luck to the PN-G faithful. Stay dry. Stay safe. Good luck to the Indians, if they get to play this weekend. If not, no big deal. Go hug your family and stay safe.

Go Indians. Peace.

Saturday night was the killer. It's still raining here in Houston of course but the good thing now for Golden T is you won't have that initial night of craziness. Can't wait for the game.

Unfortunately the storm moving east is great for us, but bad news for the Triangle.

I have heard the Neches is rising quite a bit. Hopefully no homes are flooded.

I live on 6th St off Magnolia behind the big First Baptist Church. Our area did not flood or loose power. Everyting down on Port Arthur, Saba Lane, HWY 69 from Central Mall all the way down to the back of Port Arthur is a huge lake.

Wow. Sorry to hear that.

This has been the most devastating storm in history. I won't be surprised if it ends up costing well over $100B.

Great drainage in our subdivision, and being a good distance from the nearest water channel kept us above water despite 30+" of rain. So very fortunate unlike about 20% of the Houston metro area that is underwater.

This puts the rainfall totals in perspective:
