You know this whole year, I thought Brennan was a Senior, I'm looking at one of our programs from earlier in the year and it has him listed as a senior, guess it was a typo. That's great though, I can't wait to see him next year!

Yeah...I'm thinking next year will be a record breaking year for the Indians! Look at what these kids accomplished this year considering having to learn a new system from the ground up! Next year should be even better!

What I really liked this year about the underclassmen on Varsity was the fact that none of them were just standing around on the sidelines...They all played. Something too look at for next year.

Don't forget that there are alot of kids on the JV team this year that are Sophmores. Some of those boys have yet to hit their growth spurts yet. My son who is a freshman is 5'10" and around 200lbs. His feet are growing faster than his height. From a 10 to a 12 in 8 months. Should be a monster ! But, I see alot of great things coming next year. These players now have a whole season under their belts with the Faircloth system. More experience equals better playing. One season of play, just one season of play, and look what happened. New coaches, new system, undefeated District champs. You just don't hear about things like this happening very often. Its great to be a INDIAN ! If you can't be proud of what has happened this year, you need to turn in your purple and walk away, just walk away. OK so how long til Spring practice begins ? Can't wait to watch again !

Who's the kid that went to the state meet in the high jump or long jump? Does he play football?

From the newspaper article he sounds like a good overall athlete that could be a WR or DB.

Dylan Richards in high jump. He is on the varsity basketball team. Doesn't play football anymore. Maybe he can be talked into playing next year!

Regardless of whoever is coming back........ we need to step on the gas and leave it floored EVERY game. This coming out flat and having to catch up after half is not good. i'm convinced the coaches will get them there. Good time to be an Indian.

What kind of size can we expect next year? We were pretty big this year. Also, i'm not saying it can't be done, but it will be hard to replace someone like a Harmon (move quote there). I just can't wait for next season to get here :music: When will we know if they try to lock up BF for an extension (if that is even possible after one year?)

You are correct, Harmon is a tuff loss. Sophomore Chase Bertrand rushed for over 1300 yards on JV this year. He is a different type of back than Harmon. Chase is quicker and faster, but not near as strong. Chase is more of a homerun threat, but may also lose yardage at times unlike Harmon who always fell forward.

The lines will be big again. Both Oline and Dline. Lots of returners. Loosing Center Leblanc and RG Boudoin and DT Davis. Everyone else returns even guys that were in the rotation. Your line is your foundation. Look at Brenham. Without there Line they would not be near as successful. So we have the foundation for a very good team.

WR will be a big area of replacement. I see Jalali stepping in to Reyenga's role (Mr. Dependable). Jayce Nelson is going to be a bigger target, not as big as DeRon, but over 6', and he looked very good on JV this year. Tyler Lecour reminds me of Budoin (both wore #22). If Desmond is moved to WR, I think his athleticism would be better utilized. We need to get him the ball in space.

That's great news to hear that the line will have good size again. They often go overlooked, but without them, you don't have the great running back etc unless he is just flat out special. It seems like we definately need to get Desmond the ball.
