Jasper Superintendent Capitulates, Barbay Gets Extension

That seems like an odd situation in Jasper. Why would Jasper want to replace a good young coach with a winning record? And, then, after texting the school board, say, wait! ... we can't replace him. I wonder if the coach feels odd signing his contract extension knowing that the superintendent wanted to fire him?

Jasper lends itself to strange situations...both in the school district and its city government. Unless somebody down here knows somebody on the inside there we probably will never know the full story.
