Nederland has a better defense than I expected. I do not like making predictions on this game, but Ill say that PNG has not been stopped all year.

Regardless of won/loss records, statistics, or hype, this game usually comes down to one or two key possessions, normally at the end of the game, and whichever team capitalizes on those possessions wins the game. I expect it to be no different this year. I am confident that both teams will play well and the score will be a lot closer than most people think. PN-G prevails in another close game.

Here are the PF/PA #s for Ned Vidor and Central should they end up in a tie. Central +12 Vidor +118 Ned +138. So Ned is + 20 up on Vidor (if vidor wins and central wins and Ned loses Ned is out I believe) but if central wins other two lose it's a three way tie.

If you only count district games in point differentials. Actually. Because Ned was the only of the three named to HAVE an out of district game which they beat Dayton by 22 vidor is up over Ned by 2 POINTS. INTERESTING. hope I've done my math correctly.

P.S. Dear Football Gods, please forgive me if this post overlooks Friday night's game with nederland. That game, vs. nederland comes first and foremost. PN-G should never lose to nederland in any sport, ever, in particular football and baseball. Allow PN-G to win, and win BIG! Then, we can focus on the playoff march. The end.

Who can clinch: Nederland can earn the DI, #2 seed with a win or a loss and a Vidor loss. Beaumont Central can earn the DI, #2 seed with a win, a Vidor win and a Nederland loss.
