Have an old helmet here in my office and the facemask is black

Light grey, dark grey or black are the most common colors for the face mask. A white mask might look a little strange IMO.

I approve of the new helmet, but it might be a little "busy" for me. Of course, I like simple though. My favorite uniforms happen to be Penn St.
