PN-G Rushing Attack, Kody Cropper 1000+ yards

With all the attention around the passing game, the Indian running attack has not been recognized. Nor has one Kody Cropper who has quietly surpassed the 1,000 yard mark for the season, and begun to peak at just the right time.

I don't have any stats for the Chapel Hill game, but for the other games he has an unofficial total of 1,072 yards on 165 carries, and 7 TDs. That's 6.5 ypc.

Does anyone have the Chapel Hill game stats? The Indians rushed for nearly 165 yards in that game.

Unofficial rushing stats for Kody Cropper through 11 games which places him in the top 16 for single season rushing yardage. And more to come...

Att Yds Avg TDs
179 - 1177 - 6.5 - 8

Some will think don't talk about stats, that they don't matter, and are distracting. But these young men are contributing to a program with much history and deserve to know that they are not only leading their team in 2015, but reserving their individual place in history. And the entire team can look at that with pride and know it was a team accomplishment. Double the motivation.

First, thank you for recognizing the 2015 running game. It has been steady in the games I've seen this season. Second, the All-Time Records page on www.pngindians.com is AWESOME. Well done, IndianFan...very well done.

Since 2009, the Indians are rewriting the record books.

Go Indians. Peace.
