They rigged it, just like last year. I don't now why CH 12 even does this. They KNOW that the majority of the winners are not individual voters, but people that vote multiple times/day, which is not how the contest was set up.

Was that their entire band?

The Port Neches and Groves Middle School bands are probably bigger. And probably sound better.

We honestly could barely hear them from across the field. I never actually heard their fight song. I assume that it is still "William Tell Overture", but I never heard it.
They prob had 40-60 members.
