PN-G is planing to honor all of its living head football coaches during its Sept. 24 District 20-4A opener against Livingston. Invitations have been extended to Wilford Moore (1958-62), Bum Phillips (1963-64), Ken Watson (1965-72), Doug Ethridge (1973-83), Butch Troy (1984-88), Danny Malone (1989-90), Tim Owen (1991-83 and Matt Burnett (1994-08). If Phillips is able to make it, that would be a perfect time to tie in a book signing . . .

I talked with one of the ex's and he told me Watson for sure, Ethridge and Moore maybe - and Phillips, Troy, Owens and Malone probably not. Burnet - anyones guess.
