What do you all think about this? I would have liked another shot at Dayton. Oh well, maybe in the playoffs.
The upcoming 20-4A league will remain an eight-team district, adding Livingston and subtracting Dayton. Keeping all the Golden Triangle intact, the new 20-4A loop contains Beaumont Ozen, Beaumont Central, Livingston, Lumberton, Little Cypress-Mauriceville, Vidor, Nederland and Port Neches-Groves.
With seven district opponents firmly in place, the Mid-County schools only had to secure three non-league outings. Nederland is leaning in the direction of beginning on zero week with West Orange-Stark, and playing Waller and Friendswood in weeks two and three after a bye in week one. Port Neches-Groves is planning week zero with Barbers Hill followed by Crosby and Texas City in weeks one and two.
