Growing up in Texarkana we got snow at least once a year and sometimes heavy

And I’ve never seen snow as dry as the snow we had.

First time I’ve seen the Indian Spirit dancing in the snow.

Might be the last time unless ‘global warming’ continues to create or influence these polar vortexes, polar jet streams or whatever the root cause is for the unusual southern snow.
