Surprised no one talked about the outstanding recruiting Southern Arkansas did in Mid County landing Johnathan Hernandez and London Nunley from PN-G and James Ladner from Nederland pretty good haul if you ask me

Since there is no sports news coverage to speak of anymore in the area, it’s tough for us out-of-towners to know about it. That is a good haul. Southern Arkansas recruiting is smarter than Lamar.

NHS Bulldog Fan...thank you for sharing the news. I echo what IndianFan said. With little to no coverage by the PA News or Beaumont Enterprise, and no chatter from my friends that still live in the area, I did not know that Southern Arkansas signed Hernandez, Nunley, and Ladner. That's an impressive group. Hernandez is maybe an inch or two short on height, otherwise he would have been a D-I kids. He has a non-stop motor and he was a DUDE on the PN-G DL for three great years. Nunley was our do-it-all WR. We will miss him next year. When we needed a big play, he made it. I'm not familiar with Ladner, but he must be good to get a shot at college ball. Great news for all those kids.

I stand corrected. There is an article on the PANews site.

Jackson Christian, Mason Wuenschel, Hernandez and Nunley were all great players for PN-G and will be fun to watch at the next level.

Ladner pulled in the INT on Connor Bailey on the Nederland sideline that sealed the win in MCM
