Can someone please tell me if we have gone back to being on Texan Live? I was looking at the school roster on their website and it list Port Neches as one of the schools. If we are on Texan Live will Indian Press still be able to carry the games are will this be a conflict with Texan Live? Thank you for your assistance.

I’d bet a chunk of money that Indian Press will be alive, well and improved in 2024.

I don’t think PN-G ever left that Texan Live list.

We have a legislative session starting in January. That means there will inevitably be Friday nights when I have to work late this season. You can bet the farm I will have the PN-G games streaming either on a smart TV or via iHeartRadio on my phone on those occasions.

I would much rather have the Capitol hearing NDN Press than TexanLive. And I have a feeling my Capitol counterparts will get a kick out of a live broadcast anchored by students.

To be honest, I don't think Texan Live would have any say-so on whether or not Indian Press continues their broadcast. Just my opinion. BTW, I'd rather watch it on Indian Press!

The NDN Press webcast appears to fall under “Academic Broadcasts“. For playoffs, Academic Broadcasts requires permission from the UIL. For the regular season, the requirement for a live webcast is permission from both schools and the venue - if played on a neutral site.
