Comes full circle being recognized for top uniforms in HS football. When they first showcased the gray pants - old timers fell off their rockers accusing Coach Faircloth of bucking tradition and "changing the school colors". Good to see PN-G recognized for this.

That PN-G uni compares well with the others. I think they should have reversed the order. #1 looks like a bad pair of pajamas. ;D

I like the all white storm trooper look with the white helmets...those road unis with the storm trooper look are #1 in my book...I'm old and I still like the traditional all purple home unis with the white helmet...but, I know the kids today like the purple/white/gray mix, and the gray helmets, so I can roll with that look too. The best all-time look was the Ethridge era...home unis = all purple with a white helmet and the zig-zags on the sleeves or the road unis = all white with a white helmet and the zig-zags on the sleeves. The Malone era 1989 road unis with the white pants and zig-zags on the side pants leg were a close second in my book.

Anything that gets PN-G good publicity (e.g., uniforms) is OK with me.

Go Indians. Peace.

I wish they would bring those back. Glad to see the grays made the list.

Been watching Indian football for 55 years. Here are my favorites:

1. Malone era - road unis - white with zig-zags on pants
2. Ethridge era - all-white/all-purple unis with zig-zags on sleeves, white helmets with single purple stripe
3. Faircloth era - purple/gray/white unis
4. Bergeron era - all-purple home and white jersey/purple pants away unis, white helmet with single purple stripe
5. 1961 - purple jerseys with white pants, purple helmet with single white stripe (sentimental choice - first season I can remember going to PNG games)

PN-G INDIANS FOOTBALL

I could not be more proud of our team and our community. The spirit here is unmatched! I am so lucky to be a part of it and to wear the purple and white! The journey of this football season, with these coaches and our players, will stay with me forever.  -- PN-G Head Coach Jeff Joseph
