I guess that is good. I don't know how players survived in the 40's -70's with two a days and only 1 water break 1/2 way through practice.

I don't remember an incident from '72-'76 at PNG.

Different time now and different mindset.

Players are much much bigger and stronger along with the fact we had no indoor pastimes such as videos, 100 TV channels, computers etc... - so we spent all day outside playing. Most of my friends started working in the 7th/ 8th grade, so we were used to the heat.

Times change.
