Easily the best helmet in SETX...maybe the entire state. I like the logo. I wish they would bring back the zig-zags on the sleves and pants. The more purple and white, the better!

Yes - I I’ve probably stated before. The more stripes or zig zags the better. There’s a reason early football uniforms had horizontal stripes and zebras/tigers have stripes it’s confusing to the eyes of the predator (or defense) when mass movement occurs. I always say any team that’re called TIGERS should incorporate full tiger stripes the length of the uniform. (Yes I know I say wacky things) but hey.

And I second. The PNG uniform is one of the most beautiful uniforms and helmet combos out there. I prefer less silver but I know that’s an incentive to players. I love the white helmets and purple facemasks.

I'm not a fan of silver. I get it. The kids like it. I can live it. PN-G has nearly 100 years of purple and white history. My preferences are (1) all purple unis/white helmet for home games, and (2) all white unis/white helmet for road games. The more purple and white zig-zags, the better. I'll stop. Some of younger fans may tell me, "hey old man, GET OFF MY LAWN!"

exactly. Not many 5A-2 schools have 3 helmet options. White purple and silver. It’s cool. But like I and others say I wish they’d drop the silver especially the options (that I witnessed) that the uniform was mostly silver and grey

At least it’s more of a metallic grey color. Similar to old TCU helmets.
