Wade Phillips has been fired as the HC of the Dallas Cowboys...Jason Garrett to take over. I personally feel bad for Wade! I don't think Dallas will see much success as long as these coaches keep letting Jerry Jonathan run the show!

Wade did not have a chance there with jethro controlling everything ! They rired the wrong guy , Garrentt should have been fired since he calls the plays!

1. As Bum Phillips once said, "there are 2 kinds of coaches ... those that are fired and those that will be fired." All football coaches have a shelf-life with a team. Vince Lombardi and Don Shula coached multiple teams. As have Jimmy Johnson, Bill Parcells, Bill Belicheck, and Bill Walsh.

2. Someone get on the phone and call him ... tell him the Indians would like him to spit out that bad taste in his mouth from Dallas and get down here to SETX to watch his alma mater make a playoff run. There is always room in the stands for an Indian like Wade Phillips ... he may have coached the Saints, Broncos, Bills, Falcons, and Cowboys, but he is first and foremost an Indian. Someone with his number, hit him on the digits and tell him there's a purple and white shirt with his name on it ... get thyself over to Beaumont and Houston to watch the Indians make a playoff run.

Garrett should have been fired right along with Wade. The Cowboys will not be a winning team until Jerry gets off his high horse and stops trying to be the coach.
