What happens in the event Ned pulls out a miracle?

If both end up 4-3 a head to head tie between PNG and NED means PNG is out. If BH, PNG and NED are all tied at 4-3 then point diff is factored in between the three games and NED would be out.

No way Nederland will beat Crosby unless they lay down and give it to them. Nederland should be 2-4 now and were just lucky to play PNG early in the season. Play that game now and PNG stomps them.
