So I am guessing you are saying that the coaching staff should have told Colt (or any starting QB for that matter), "son since we are playing a cupcake this week we are going to start the Freshman QB and not allow you to add to your personal stats and help you possibly with individual awards." How is that rewarding a kid for all his hard work? since Texas did not have a QB with college experience it would have behooved them to develop one during the year.
