Oddly, Katy (D2) has 3,400 students while Westlake (D1) has 2,800. Depends on the district as to whether a school competes in 6A-1 or 6A-2.

I’m going with Westlake. Tough call, but Westlake’s QB is the difference for me. Plus, #14 at Westlake is a play maker all over the field.
