Honestly. The dynamics of the PNG demographics etc. there’s not much better cultures to emulate than SLC Katy and LT The towns care about football success. And the kids come from maybe not exact backgrounds but closer than say my home town etc.

PNG football coach accepts head job in Trinity County

And then there’s my Jr High football coach who -if it was today- WOULD have criminal charges brought and probably still should have even in the early 80s. (And nothing happened to him is my point). I have horror stories of that guy- but back then it seemed normal. They did coke every single...

PNG football coach accepts head job in Trinity County

Coaching has to be one of the most unfair jobs out there. Not saying anything was out of order here. But I’d say he did a great job as well as Faircloth.

The two brothers back to back years. Morning brain isn’t working for the last name - On the DL -had that mean attitude I loved it. Wasn’t over the top of bad sportsmanship but I could see the constant thorn both those guys were in the side of the offense.

Just like Herman to Sark. Faircloth will always be HIS coach. But I bet he fully supports the new coach.

Watched Katy vs South Lake Carroll 2003 (or 2004) finals in the Alamodome. the other night. Crazy to see how odd the huge shoulder pads look now and that wasn’t that long ago

Well losing Faircloth was a blow. But all things considered so far i can’t imagine a much better outcome for PNG. Image and team. Would I personally have rather kept it the way it was for the time being YES. But maybe Faircloth secretly wanted out at some point soon and they saw a window of...

    Future of PN-G Football

It takes all kinds. And the fact that there are differing opinions and points of view on a subject we find worth getting worked up about shows how important the topic is. Tons of smart people here who communicate in differing ways “Football” isn’t just football -it goes so deep. many...
