    He played wide receiver on varsity as a sophomore, but since the depth was small on cornerbacks last year, he had to switch positions. He didn’t look as comfortable at CB, but now that he’s back at wide receiver, he’s definitely going to be a big threat.

    Gary Joseph has built such a strong coaching tree at Katy that he keeps producing head coaches year after year, with his assistants consistently moving on to lead programs of their own. Three of the head coaches in our district come from the Katy coaching tree.

    KWHI is reporting that 2027 RB Jakoby Dixon is no longer with the Brenham football program and got confirmation from Cub head coach Danny Youngs. Very interesting development as Dixon currently holds nearly 20 offers.
