Never forget it. I went to almost all of their playoff games that year, including the ill-fated championship game. Was probably my most crushing disappointment for a non-PNG high school game.

Also watched a lot of games over the years. One side of my family tree attended TJ because parts of Groves are in PAISD.

Then the Centenary gym in Shreveport (called the Gold Dome) was very similar probably the same construction company/architect so I always equated the two
