Gizzi is a CB
One of those new CB's was #2 Lacour
Also #47 Gloriosi will be a starting LB (he played some at LB last year as a junior and started and played well in the spring game).

I had heard that Desmond was moving to defense, possibly Safety, but he was injured during the spring game. I would figure him to stay in the "Crazy Horse" (or wildcat) spot on offense. Very effective last year. He is very good with the ball in his hands.

I was also told that there was another kid playing baseball that was very fast, maybe the fasted kid in school, and that he would possibly be a DB. Anyone know who he is?

Gizzi was a CB but now is a WR. I believe that Hunter Knox (a fast kid) is a CB. Desmond is still on Offense - was actually hurt before Spring game.

i would be surprised if the miller kid isnt involved im some way with the offense.hes a big kid they can flat out run.he will probably be the running option at qb.

Knox. Thats the name I heard. Thanks.

I meant Desmond was injured and didn't play in the spring game, but I really like him on offense.

Can any of the locals project a 2-deep roster for both Offense and Defense? I know ... 2-a-days have not started, no one has been issued a jock, yet, and they've yet to put on the pads ... plus, no one can predict/project injuries or grade casualties ... but, let's see what others are thinking about a 2-deep roster. I keep hearing we have a great returning QB and a big, strong back-up, plus the utility guy in Desmond that can play QB, too. I've heard about the 2 or 3 kids fighting for time at RB ... what about WRs? We have an experienced OL returning with size ... what about depth? Back-ups? Can anyone shed light on the Indian Defense? I know we'll have 2 or 3 returning starters on the DL ... what about LBs, DBs, and some depth on the defensive side? Will PN-G rotate in a lot of kids again this year? And, don't forget the kicking game ... who will be the K, KRs, P, PRs, deep snapper? The 2010 season is just around the corner.

Go Indians. Peace.

maybe 2-deep in some positions and the defense will be solid , very solid . defense should be head up by schexneider who , from what i hear , will wreak havoc on opposing offenses . rb should be chase bertrand ( nephew of bryan bost ) and he is solid and fast . heard that he is tipping scales @ 195 lbs. blazin` speed , best of all he is a jr. desmond will be a great utility player and may even sale popcorn at halftime ( LOL ) . looks like it will be a good year .

I would find it hard to believe if the Miller boy does not start somewhere. He did a really fine job on JV. I also heard (don't know for sure) that there is a student who is a soccer player who is going to kick for the Indians. Has anyone heard who he is?

1989NDN that is a tall order! Once two a days start, I will get as much info for you as I can. I do know that there are supposed to be some good battles for starting secondary positions. I think Knox is the only one that has a job locked in.

Hunter was the substitute base runner for the Indians baseball team and, after watching him, I was impressed. He could steal a base so quickly and, in my opinion, was instrumental in helping the team go as far as it did. He's a great athlete and a nice young man, too. We can't wait to see him play football this year.
