Well, it's a travesty, but appears that neither Morse, Sparks or Halfin made the APSE all-state list.

Morse and Sparks are probably more deserving of that honor than some of the PN-G selections in past years. Morse put up incredible numbers and Sparks
was the go to receiver and demonstrated more speed than any opponent he went against. Incredible pass/catch duo with impressive stats.

I'm guessing that the weak district and short playoff life were somehow a large negative factor.

Here's the list of all-state selections since Coach Faircloth took over.

Morse and Sparks had a record breaking year, surpassing the numbers that Walker and Rose put up last year. They deserved Honorable Mention consideration at the very least.

Yeah, that's a bummer. Impressive numbers, no doubt. I agree that the short playoff appearance probably hurt them.
