I believe Barbers Hill. One of those "who shows up this week" teams. Beat Friendswood then lost to some they shouldn't have.

Its Crosby. 9-1, averages 51 points per game and surrenders 31 per game.

Cosby has a high power offense like PNG and a so called D so if Faircloth use's his receivers we may be able to stay with them , oh and they have a 1000 yrd receiver so if the defensive coach don't get the DB number 3 some help it will be worst then number 22 from Nederland. Why they didn't get that kid some help against Nederland puzzles me , number 22 beat us plan and simple

Poor defensive Coaching!!! Faircloth was trying to win last night with Johnson and forgot about the other 10 guys.

We won't score 30 points if they don't get Hughes , Riggs & Stansbury involved in the passing game If the staff thinks they can go against Crosby running RJ 40 times And stay in the game I have some beach front I wasn't sell ya

I’m sure Nederland defensive plans were just that. Shut down Riggs, spy on Johnson and dare the Indians to beat them with the run. By doing that it slowed down the PNG offense and used the clock to their advantage. Their plans worked.

Your dead on Indian fan and they worked it to perfection , take Riggs out and make RJ beat ya , I still say give that DB for PNG number 3 some help guarding 22 and game over , 22 beat us .. Defensive coach missed that bad for PNG

Sounds arrogant, but I guessed Nederland's defensive and offensive game plan before the game even started. :guns:

Not arguing. But how can we be playing Crosby? They won district 21 we won district 22 so we play the second Dii qualifier.

Much to be proven by this Indian team going forward. None of the prior wins, or the loss make any difference.

Here’s hoping that the defense will work hard this week to improve tackling, and that the defensive backs will step up their play.

Just basic fundamentals!! Like reading screen passes as well as reverses. Containing the corners. These are basics you learn earlier. We need to stop worrying about what uniforms we wear and get down to hard nose football. I think RJ was the only dirty uniform. The defense gloves were dirty trying to touch tackle when the Bulldogs ran by them.

Some people will consider these comments as overly critical and non-supportive ofvthe team. But these are nothing more than open, honest comments that cannot be denied, and applies to any team.

Football is football. Either you play it like it was meant to be played, which is hard nosed, or you don’t and you get overrun. Hit hard and wrap up. If it’s not practiced that way, you’re not going to be able to do it in a game.
