Brant is one of the top 10 running backs in PN-G history. Brant you have had a great career and will be missed. His stats so far this season are pretty good.....

195 rushing attempts for 1153 yards 5.91 yards per carry 16 TD's
5 receptions for 68 yards

Last season Brant ran for...........
262 rushing attempts for 1246 yards 4.76 yards per carry 13 TD's
6 Receptions for 54 yards and 1 touchdown.

That gives Mr Halfin a total of 2399 yards 0n 457 carries and 29 touchdowns.
Halfin mad many trips up and down the field for our Indians over the last two season. Thanks for carrying the load. Go out and carry us on a deep playoff run.

Prepballfan: Thanks for posting that information. All true...all true.....Brandt Halfin #27 ladies and gentlemen... :clap:You never know what to expect when that young man gets the pigskin in his hands to move about the field. When he is told to take it up the middle no matter what, that's what he does, he takes it up the middle per the coaches orders. When he is asked to find a hole and hit it through the line, that's what he does. When he is asked to or given the green light to scamper to the outside and then cut up the field, that's what he does. I have seen multiple time where this young man gets to the open field and it's a run-in-pursuit that he never looks back, he keeps on running harder and faster like a work horse. Outside all of that, this young man is an incredible person. He loves life itself. He enjoys his surrounding friends and family. He is is Father's son (Doug Halfin). You can plainly see the love that he has for his father...if you don't believe me, watch him when he is on the sideline, his father will give a quick quirk whistle and Brandt will look up into the stands or give his Dad a  He loves to make people laugh. Hear he has a girlfriend now......great for him. When all is said and done at the end of the day, Brandt Halfin #27, has completed a full day of memories for himself and others surrounding him. Brandt - I only have one thing to say to you that will sum it all up......continue to be the man that both God and your father raised you to be! (You know who I am from the stands.....that's right, the loud one!).
