Central has athletes and speed. Defense is one of the best in district (except for ours) and Whaley seems to be the focus of their Offense . They do have another RB that takes the attention off of Whaley. I would say we faced a better QB against Ozen, but Centrals will pass and he does have some weapons but not that accurate. If we play like we did last week, come out ready to roll then we can take this game.

The rushing stats are misleading. Morse ended up with -9 yards on 10 carries even though he had several good gains. Apparently that ~40 yard loss on the poor snap over his head counted against his rushing totals.


The centers have to get that under control, it happened several times in the Nederland game too. Those are game losing types of mistakes and shouldn't be happening in the 9th week of the season.

We have GOT to get the snapping under control. Not sure what is going on - but that will be devastating in the playoffs against teams like Dayton, Crosby and other playoff teams.
