What is the cost of the building and estimated monthly cash outlay?

Can we find out at the next BC meeting or is it on the PNGBC site somewhere?

Thanks for the info. Please advise us.

As I remember, Coach Faircloth went to the school board with this idea a while back and received permission to use the land and a guarantee that the maintenance, utility, and insurance costs of the building would be covered by the district as long as the building itself is constructed only with private donations. Is this still the case or has this decision fallen under review? I believe six of the current board members sat on the board at that time.

Wouldn't this be nice for our kids right now with all the heat?? The band, cheerleaders, Indianettes and the football players.

I've already made my donation some time back. Need to get the word out and keep pushing this project!!

Texas High has had an indoor training facility since the 70s
When I was in school (class of ‘87)
We called it “the barn”
Their nicer newer one was built in the early 2000s
But it wasn’t used by band etc only athletics and it’s where the weight stuff was so you had to move things around to have the full 50-60 yard AstroTurf field
It at least was an “ option”
(Still had to walk there in the torrential downpours)
So either way you got wet

Which that’s something to consider with these things - if there’s lightning you’re not going to be sending the kids there if it doesn’t join to where they’re coming from

Heat heck yeah shade is premium
