Our softball team is doing a joint "Strike Out Cancer" fundraiser again this year with the Nederland softball team. We are collecting stakes that are used for the football signs that are still in good shape. If you have some and would like to donate them to softball, just pm me with an address and we will pick them up.

Last year we about 200 stakes, and we hope to exceed that number this year.

Thanks

We would love help. As soon as we meet with the parents from the Nederland team, I will post on here. Last year we raised over $10,000. It was really nice and a lot of fun to do something like this with our rival.

Honestly you guys are to be commended. The students, coaches, administrators and parents! Cancer touches all of us it seems, either personally or we know someone who is affected. How neat that our kids picked up the Mid County kindness theme and took it to a new level.

I would love to help. Concessions, sales, whatever. Please let our kids know they make their community proud!  We should all be at this game....and I hope we are!

Where will it be held?

I could not be more proud of our team and our community. The spirit here is unmatched! I am so lucky to be a part of it and to wear the purple and white! The journey of this football season, with these coaches and our players, will stay with me forever.  -- PN-G Head Coach Jeff Joseph
