You know, I watched a thing on NGC about aircraft carriers and it featured the USS Ronald Reagan. The captain was interviewed and he said that there were fewer past and present COs of nuclear-powered aircraft carriers than there were people who had been in space. This is quite an accomplishment.

Nice to know there's an Indian at the helm.

John was on the 76-77 teams. I seem to remember him being a starting defensive end. Too many years have passed to be certain. :eek:ld:

Thanks for posting this IndianFan. And, thanks to Captain John Alexander, CO of the USS Abraham Lincoln, for serving and defending our country. Indian alums do great things. It's an honor to share a high school connection with so many great Indians, e.g., Captain Alexander, Jim Bob Helduser, Gordon LeBoeuf, Roy Esquivel, et al.
