2009 has been a great year of life. There have been plenty of negative topics in the news. But looking around at what is closest in our real and extended families reveals many reasons to be thankful for God's blessings.

Thanks for the great coaches and players of all Indian teams for your dedication to excellence. Special thanks to Coach Faircloth and one of the best football coaching staffs in PN-G history. Coach Cary, Kroeker, Wingfield, Segura, LeForte, Arnaud, Templin, Cox, Parker, Cegielski, Stone, Sandell, Abel, Bean, and all others that I'm failing to remember.

Thanks to one of the most memorable group of football players in Indian history. You brought much happiness to the Indian faithful this season as they watched you excel and overcome challenges. You're #1 in the state regardless of the outcome of the last game.

And thanks for all the great fans. Especially the ones who are part of this virtual community. We are all fortunate to have been born into or adopted into the PN-G Indian Nation.

IndianFan, you must write for a living - you always know exactly what to say and you say it well. Thank you for the time you put into this message board. We may not always agree with each other, but one thing brings us together and that is Port Neches and Groves, whether you still live here or not (you did at one point in time) and we will forever be Indians.

Happy Thanksgiving To All ! It's been a great year on the Reservation and I am certainly thankful for all of the fun and excitement. Thanks to all of the fans on pngindians.com--you really make following the Indians a fun and special occasion.

May all of Indian Nation have a wonderful Thanksgiving, and may God Bless You and all of your families !

Although I am truly sad our season is over, I am equally as thankful for being born and raised, and getting the chance to play for the Indians. We were blessed with this coaching staff and kids that want to bring the majic back. We will be back!!!! :rocks:
