I am working on a project and need your help. I need pictures and rosters from as many teams from PN-G I can get my hands on. If any of you have any photos from past Indians games or a roster from past teams please let me know. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Everyone has old game programs, right?. Scanning the roster page and the team photo is easy to do.

And if you can, scan the other pages as well. This information would go into historical archives for many generations to view.

Year books are another good source. All of mine are really old! :eek:ld:
I have a few pics too. You're welcome to them. Heck, 5 Point even stole one to use on their program ad for a few years!

An enhanced PN-G football history is in the works on PNGINDIANS.COM.

Anyone who can contribute photos, rosters, memorabilia, etc, please step up.

I can make it easy to copy your digital files to a place they can be published from. Or, if necessary, I will pay the postage cost if you need to send copies through regular mail.

Or you can reply to prepballfan and make local arrangements.

This is an effort for past, current and future football fans to be ablr to read and see even more details of the honor, pride and tradition that has evolved over the years. There's a lot of good information there today, but the goal is to make it the best high school football site in the world. I need your help to do that.

If you can contribute content, as prepballfan is doing in a major way, please respond. It doesn't take much effort, and is something that's greatly appreciated by fellow PNG alumnus and fans.

Please send me or prepballfan a private message, email, or reply here if you can help.

Thanks

Just a suggestion, you might want to put that out on Facebook, too. There are a lot of people in the PN-G community who have that stuff that can either be reached directly via Facebook, or via relatives who are on Facebook.

Next version of the site will be tightly interwoven with all social media. For now I'll manually post the request to get the attention of the 5000+ current followers.

I have tons of stuff from 75, 76, 77 seasons. Even an original 75 state champ window sticker in the wax paper, game pictures, programs, state champ medal, wampum beads, etc...most everything from those 49 games.

15 games in 75, 14 in 76 and 15 in 1977.

Pm your address, my sister (cheerleader 77) is coming in Friday and I will get her to pull it, copy it and Mail it.

Glad to see someone to carry the torch.

The torch has been raised and carried on the web for 15 years. PNGIndians.com is a web presence by and for PN-G alumnus. Just trying to capture as much detail as possible for the ages. Your content contribution will be greatly appreciated by all.

My grandfather opened up his safe yesterday and gave me two 1975 PN-G Indians Texas State Champions bumper stickers. He also gave me a pic of myself and my brother standing on the field at the Dome when PN-G played Kashmere he thinks. We are standing with the Indian spirit
I believe it to be in 1977. WOuld any of you recognize the Indian SPirit from that season???
