This week, Coach Faircloth will be doing something different with the players. The TeePee & run through will be on the scoreboard end, and the drum line will play and escort the players, under the stands, the length of the stands, and they will then do the run-through.
This will be a great way to get your kids up close and personal with the players and an opportunity for the player's parents to wish them luck before the game. The idea is to get the boys really PUMPED before the game.

So, let's get the word out, ok guys?

Nice to see some new ideas added to the game atmosphere and experience. It's long overdue.

Y'all may laugh at this but here goes. Why not use bagpipes also? Lamar's football team used it last year and it pumped up the fans and players. The players would walk across the highway bridge led by bagpipes. Now...do you know any other high school football team in Texas that would be led out by pipes? (maybe the Highland Park Scots and The Woodlands Highlanders...LOL)

So why would it make sense for the Indians to follow Bagpipes? No. I say play Geronimos Fury or Seminole uprising whatever its called with the team busting through the sign at the end on to Cherokee!!! If they did that I might get so pumped I would tackle someone in the stands! :)
