I always hate going to Livingston. I like the town but the drive, stadium and facilities leave alot to be desired. The visiting stands are compact and NO leg room between rows. Getting out of your row to go down from the stands is a major task. Don't even ask about the men's rest room. One toilet, 3 capacity urinal trough(I know...too much information....LOL) and one sink. I was surprised they supplied soap and paper towels....LOL. Concession stand was well run...didn't have to wait in line for food. We got hotdogs which weren't half bad. Watching the game at some angles is a pain because you have to look around the light poles situated in front of the stands. The field was in bad shape as well but probably because of the drought. Dust flew after tackles made around midfield. Could have done without the rap and hip hop music played during warm ups or at least turn the volume down some. Everyone one around us griped about the female P.A. announcer. I didn't have a problem with her....thought it brought a touch of East Texas to the game. Forget about parking close to the stadium. You have to park around the residential areas for a lengthy walk to the stadium. I'm thinking Livingston purposely allows inferior visitor accomodations as demoralization mindgame on visiting fans. Get their mind off the game and on the stadium visitor shortcomings. Definitely the worst stadium facilities I've been to in 45 years of watching high school football.    Halftime shows for both bands were great but of course OURS was better.
