Looks like someone is up to some foolery and submitted a wildly inaccurate score to MaxPreps for Nederland vs. Huntsville. The person listed as the "scorer" for the game is different than the person who submitted the final score. Maybe an honest mistake, but seems pretty sus. The score tracker score is correct but the final shows they won, including their record and current district standing. Or maybe it is just a glitch and I need to take my tin foil hat off. Just seems really coincidental. WrongScore.PNG

This happens a lot on maxpreps with different teams. Apparently they don’t vet who is authorized to post ‘scores’.

The same thing happened in a PNG vs Texas City game where the outcome was changed to a Texas City win. In the next week MaxPrep state ranking they always put the latest game score and there it was a Texas City big win. It eventually got corrected but didn’t stop PNG from dropping in the poll that week.

Anyone remember the WIKI post about Port Neches saying it was founded by Circus freaks - you have to admit that was not a bad prank
