Can the underdog 'Dogs' find a way to reclaim the Bum Phillips Trophy from the premier team in 9-5A? Can the Indians continue their district dominance and claim their first outright district title since 2018?

They are clueless. Hope the players don’t take that prediction to heart, and I doubt that they (or the coaching staff) will. Although I would certainly he happy with a blowout, and although it is certainly possible if we play as well as we are capable and Nederland does the opposite, I certainly don’t expect it and don’t think a 31 point victory is a reasonable prediction given the history of this series. I will be happy with a 1 point victory to pretty much assure an undefeated district record and championship: Anything above that would be a cherry on top.

I agree. No one has been able to deter our O line all season (except PAM)... ain't gonna start with Nerdland.
Yep, and our defense has played LIGHTS OUT and SHUT DOWN teams with bigger faster athletes. Plus factor in an out right District Title being on the line…I’d say the Dogs are in TROUBLE!! We’ve been heavy favorites several times over the years and LOST but they don’t have the “Neumann Factor” anymore…HE was the DIFFERENCE MAKER!!

Neumann was 17-7 against the Indians. Barrow is 2-4.
