Another mention for Diaz. Quick and strong. Runs hard. He looked great when he got some varsity playing time as a sophomore RB.
I agree #6 made the switch from RB to fill a gap at WR. He was also a punter, a FG holder, a good kickoff returner, #6 was trying his best to contribute in all phases of the game for PNG team. Benching players with that much heart perhaps explains the lack of progress this season.

Why was he benched?

I believe there was a reason he was benched. I’ll leave it at that.

God Bless America and Port Neches-Groves. And thanks to Jeff Joseph and his knowledge, energy, decisions, defensive coordinator and staff for making PN-G great again. Number ones in our hearts.
I want to commend New Caney West Fork HS for having the courage to have a student say a prayer on behalf of the safety for all attendees over the their PA system before the game. Protect the minority but never let them silence the majority.

His behavior is why he was benched. Nothing to do with ability.

There was a court ruling that allows student led prayers now. I saw them do that before a Madisonville game this year also. Every school needs to do this in my opinion.
