You mean BISD Stadium? The name of an incompetent, overpaid egomaniac may be on the building. But doesn't mean we have to recognize it.

Re: PN-G Indians vs West Brook scrimmage Friday Night at the Butch

Will it be a controlled scrimmage/practice or will the two teams go live for "x" number of minutes simulating game action?

WB should have size in the trenches and speed at the skilled positions...another test for the Indians on the OL/DL to use their quickness and technique to create opportunities for big plays. For the PN-G play makers on O and D, WB should be another scrimmage to adjust to the speed of the game. Contain the edges and don't give up the deep ball. Hopefully timing will be sharper for the Indians O. Stay away from injuries. The two locals I spoke with about the WO-S scrimmage said we have a noticeable drop off between our 1s and 2s...2s and 3s. Hopefully we can avoid injuries and allow our younger kids time and experience to develop the depth chart. I am hoping to make the WB scrimmage...especially if it is a simulated game. I enjoyed reading prepball or someone else on this message board writing that he/she saw flashes of good things during the WO-S scrimmage.

Go Indians. Peace.

PA News (online) stated the scrimmage will be at The Reservation. Correct? Incorrect? The Reservation at PN-G or the West End Reservation on I-10? Thanks.

Go Indians. Peace.

This should be another good scrimmage for us. Last week we saw tons of speed, and this week we will see good size.

Last week we had QBs protected, which is a good thing. But I was wondering, with the added dimension that we have at the QB position, will we get to see Roschon get outside the tackles? I would prefer he stay in the pocket and practice going through progressions, but I would also love to see his ability to make something out of a busted play or an option read.

I won't be able to make it tonight so I'm relying on all of you to keep us updated!

Scrimmages usually are not when you see a QB running the football. Most of the time the QB's are not live.
