Sounds like some bright spots, and a few mistakes to work on correcting. Big play capability over air and ground will be there for the Indians. :flaming:

Next week they will add some of the designed runs for the QB none were used in the scrimmage. There were a few unplanned runs. The defensive front 7 were pretty darn good according to my friends at the game. Offense will continue to gain ground. This group has plenty of room to grow. Silsbee we will see you next

You mean BISD Stadium? The name of an incompetent, overpaid egomaniac may be on the building. But doesn't mean we have to recognize it. :thumbsdown:

Whatever... The best stadium in setx....best parking, best seating, best venue for playoff games, ect... And the man played a major part in getting the stadium built. Yea, he wasn't too friendly, but he was well respected in the community...

BMT-Soulja1...I agree it is a nice HS stadium...the best in SETX is probably correct...it is not for me to comment upon BISD politics or stadium naming rights...but, can we agree that PN-G can call it the Northwest Jefferson County Reservation? The Indians seem to play well there. Games between PN-G and Central are usually good, hard fought, and close games.

No it wouldn't. BISD Stadium holds 2,000 less than The Reservation. And why drive to Beaumont removing the hometown/on campus atmosphere?

A forensic audit of Beaumont ISD's $388.6 million bond issue condemns the district for deceptive management and accounting, recommends prosecution or civil action against at least six individuals and companies and singles out former Superintendent Carrol Thomas for misleading the public about construction projects.


The audit, released on Thursday after more than a year of review by the Jefferson County District Attorney's Office, faulted Thomas for executing contracts without board permission and concealing the costs of the athletic facility later named for him from trustees and the community.
