Our 8th time to go to state puts us in a tie with WOS for most trips to SC games in the history of the Golden Triangle area. With the win we are now tied with WOS with the most SC's in SETX history at 4.

Great info. Lets tie that SC record, then beat it next year!!!
Not putting the cart before the horse, but speaking of next season, that PN-G team will be loaded for Bulldog, Bear, Panther, and every other type of mascot animal and insect. Offense will be a terror for opponents. Defense will be stout again.

In the meantime, the 2023 Indians have some business to take care of.

Sorry to hikack this thread. How much of the buffet busters are we losing? Is Nundley back? Defense mostly in tact?

8 starters return on offense + several players who rotated in or started before injury. #15 Chatagnier is one of those.

5 starters return on defense plus 4 or 5 players who got a lot of playing time. The defensive secondary will be the biggest graduation hit.

A lot of young talent is there to step in. Next man up.

Losing #47 will hurt. We have not had a NG/DL like him (size and non-stop motor) in a long time. Thankfully, the other two studs on the DL will return. #49 and #94. All three of those guy combined are bad ass on the DL. #94 is a man among boys. His motor is 100 mph all the time. I hope some of the younger guys are watching the high standards of #47, #49, and #94.

Welp just like losing big # 48 from last year
(I think that was his number) I could remember his name if I tried. He was super. But we’ve got some bigguns coming up you can see it in the all white helmets (freshmen and JV)

Isaac Baker. There are a few players that have rotated in on the d-line that looked good. # 42 is one.

#94 is a Junior, not sure about the others.

#47 Cabrera is the only Senior on the DL and playing at a level that’s at least equal to #94 Hernandez who has moved to defensive end. Both those guys weigh at least 270-275 with high output motors and great strength levels. The other DE #49 Fuentes is lighter but also a beast and a big guy. Hernandez and Fuentes are back next year.
