The Ross kid was moved from RB to the secondary. He is a heck of an athlete. Srry dont know the names but they are legit in the secondary. Well the whole defense is legit as the 6.6 ppg speaks for itself.

The best players on the JV defense are getting reps and experience. When the playoffs start they’ll move up to varsity and those good defensive backs may very well see the field against any pass heavy teams.
I noticed one of those JV secondary kids got moved up to Varsity in the Splendora game. A Sophomore who got some decent playing time for his first Varsity game. Really like what the staff is doing in recognizing opportunities where they can develop talent.

Watching the jv game right now, I would start rotating both of the jv corners on varsity immediately

[Edit to remove the question about the score.] I hear the JV CBs do cover well. Do they come up and tackle? Thanks for the update. GO INDIANS.

Thank you, HJJ97NDN...much appreciated. The underclassmen have had a great season. I'm looking forward to seeing several of them on the playoff roster. GO JV/FR INDIANS!

Anxious to hear the Freshmen and JV scores tonight. I think both teams have a shot to be considered District Champs or maybe in the second place spot. Here's to the underclassmen finishing 2024 strong. GO INDIANS!

There secondary is legit. Swarming to the ball. This team has some mojo and an amazing defense. I think they have a chance to be a good defense at the next level.

This season is FAR from over. But briefly glancing ahead, a lot of varsity starters will return next season AND these good jv players will join forces with them. Salty defense ahead. And another good season ahead after the 2024 team achieves great success.
