Me, too!! What a man!Justafan said:We need to be VERY PHYCICAL on defense!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This includes all Linemen, Linebackers and Defensive Backs. We need teams to be scared to come across the middle!!!
I used to love watching Goukle play safety!!!! He would lay the wood.....

THEREFORE OUR DB'S will play up more toward the line and contain their rushing game and we shall shut them down.
we have the number one rank QB, RB and WR crew therefore e whould be able to pass at will and then that will open up the holes for the running game!

Your right. I just wish it wouldn't have taken so long into the season to make the Defensive adjustments that were needed. I think if this adjustment had come along sooner we would have a few more wins ! As it is now the D is coming around and they are helping our O with the victories. These last 2 games determine the playoffs for us. Go get em guys !badndn said:PNG has the #2 rush defense because we have the last place pass defense and most of our opponents have been passing teams (LCM, Ozen, even Nederland).
Least anyone forget, Livingston racked up 480 yards on the ground against our boys at a 9+ yard clip!
But, that was before the move of DJ to the middle. Livingston and Nederland both ran away from DJ most of the night when he was on the line. Can't do that anymore. And I suspect having Louviere and Peveto on the edge now will help as well. All we need is a few stops and with our offense we win most games!

I could not be more proud of our team and our community. The spirit here is unmatched! I am so lucky to be a part of it and to wear the purple and white! The journey of this football season, with these coaches and our players, will stay with me forever. -- PN-G Head Coach Jeff Joseph
