PNG used several pitchers - all did good. Again defense was good. Several hits with Hunter D hitting a 3-run HR. 8 innings were played.

I know Bridge City typically has a pretty solid team, but who have they already scrimmaged this year? Have they taken on any other 20-4A powers?

I know that several of the players have been itching to get back out on the diamond for a while now and they want to take the district by storm this year. It sounds like they're off to a great start. Wins over three good 5A programs and a prominent a 3A program are a sign of good things to come.

Here's to a district title and another deep playoff run (hopefully, even deeper than last year).
