Yoo, Greg Powers thanks. So what happened to Matt? he's a pro-realist; I respect his perspective even if I disagree.
Honestly I wouldn't rank us very high right now either and I'm glad the rankings are meaningless now anyway. One game at a time, win or lose, love-em unconditionally. No way to know how injuries or bouncing balls go.

Fate is a good thing. Texans are playing in Jacksonville that weekend so NRG is open and there are no concerts etc. conflicts. One game at a time. As the song goes I am Just a believer.

Yep, that would’ve been awesome! I did see they’re FINALLY gonna do something with it, if the plans are approved. $250M on a stadium transformation and another $750M on surrounding construction.

The Astrodome originally cost $40M to construct. That’s approx $418M in 2024 dollars.

There’s no way to reproduce the magic of that place as a sports venue in the 60s and 70s. There was no place like it.

True! This plan definitely seems to have RH written all over it though…we shall see. It would be nice to have an entertainment complex similar to Texas Live and the other venues by AT&T Stadium.
